I hate this feeling. I hate it when I'm not able to go out as and when I like anymore. I hate it when I can't do anything to make things better.
I'm unhappy with myself. Unhappy at the fact that I chose this job. The fact that I'm feeling attached to the ward that I don't really want to ask for a tranfer to a place where I can work office hours.
I guess that's what they mean when they say, "In life, you gain some, you lose some."
Whatever. I'm going to bed. I hope it'll get better tomorrow, though I know it probably won't. ):

I'm bored now. Alone at home waiting for 6pm to come then I'll be off to work. Mum's out shopping with her friend. No one's at home.
There seems to be more and more politics at work. People getting cocky after promotions. People having cliques. People who are closer to the 'higher-ups' becoming rude. Sigh. I miss the ward one year ago. When everyone is close to everybody.
I'm thinking if I should go for a haircut or go shop around IMM.

Spent one whole week of my AL doing lots of things. Went shopping, watching movies that have been just released and cycling at ECP.
Had an eye infection at the end of my leave though. And I never thought an eye infection can get so bad. I left it unattended thinking that without my contact lens it would be fine. But it left me with a severe headache of pain score 10/10. I really cried because of the pain. I went to work the next day still after the headache subsided and eye still sore. The headache got worse towards the end of work and I ended up with a high fever. The doctor told me the infection in the eye might have led to the headache and fever. =x
My parents got me a seiko criteria watch after I requested for one. WEE~! I'm a happy girl now. (:
